I would like to create a website. Like a portfolio or something where I can show off all of my works, and models and videos and such. Is there any I can use or can anyone tell me how to make one. I know how to make webpages, but I don't know how to put it online.

If you know how to create a website then putting it on the internet is pretty simple. Buy a web hosting service( google to find a good one for you) or you can use a free hosting site( they may put ads on your site or givw you limited space, and you might not be able to put certain file types on the site). Use an ftp account to upload your website to the host server. Make sure the home page is named index.html and you are done.

Also you can find some website templates on the internet for you can use if you don't want to make your own.

If you are not familiar or skilled with web design or web development, I recommend using a pre-hosted solution:

These services will offer you a very solid and easy to use blogging and basic web portfolio platform for you to start off with.

I think im looking more for a free hosting site. I want to be able to customize my portfolio to the fullest, and make it myself. I don't mind adds, because i don't know if i ever have come across a site without them. But I would like to suggest that maybe I could do it on this site. Not the website, but posting pictures and such. I think it would be good if on our own pages, we could have a gallery of stuff we have made, like WIP images and video, but stuff we already have done. Just a suggestion, but it would be a lot easier than me trying to make my own.

Scorpia12, that sounds like a good suggestion, and its something I have previously planned for future versions of CG-Nation.  I just may make it a priority feature for the next update of CG-Nation.

If you are still interested in free hosts, check out Freewebs...im not sure if they are still around.
