Hello everyone. This month I am taking MCR at Full Sail University. MCR is a Model Creation class, specifically for hard-surface environments. The first project, which I am still working on, is a beach scene. I still have a few objects I have to add to this scene. Modeled in Maya 2010 using a combination of polygon and NURBS.
EDIT: Added a second image, I am now working on a basic restaurant

Sounds like a lot of fun , those classes.. wish i could follow courses like that!
Nice work on the models so far.. An idea to improve them would maybe be welding (quite literally) the different parts together. On the bowling seat you modeled, the tubes just run into each other, in real life here would be a welding scene. So you might want to make them into one object, redo the topology and bevel the edge.
Good luck on your class!
